The position manages and participates in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities of the Town of Bennett, Colorado and the Community and Economic Development Department, including building and development permit oversight, planning and zoning, GIS mapping and code enforcement.

The minimum education requirement is a bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus three to five years of related experience and training, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.  Experience in government application processes, the commercial or residential construction industry, or other similar fields is preferred.
