ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Plans Examiner I:
High school diploma or GED and three years’ experience in construction or related field; Plans Examiner Certificate within the first year of employment.  Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Plans Examiner II:
High school diploma or GED and seven years of city or county building inspection experience;  possession of Building, Mechanical, and Plumbing Inspector and Plans Examiner Certificates.  Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
